The "Girls Next Door" is a show on E! that portrays life in the Playboy Mansion. It' not just about women in frolicking about in the Playboy Mansion grotto sporting Playboy Bunny Costumes, or much less. "Girls Next Door" is about the fabulous life of Hugh Hefner and his 3 girlfriends: No. 1 is Holly Madison No. 2 & 3 is Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt. "Girls Next Door" is a glimpse into the life of comfort and power. A life that many people call eccentric or even polygamist.
 
Hugh Hefner thinks No. 1 is the one. Also, Hugh Hefner has openly considered having children with Madison who has also openly considered a need to have children. There have been several rumors that No. 2 and No. 3 were girlfriends merely for show and that his true partner is Holly Madison.

Will Hugh Hefner truly have children with Madison? Perhaps, we'll only find out in near future. He's had 2 children born in the '50's and 2 born in the early '90's.
